How Do I Open a Hanover Bank Checking Account?
Please visit any of our branch locations to open your Hanover Bank Business or Personal Checking Account.
Deposit accounts are subject to our Deposit Account Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and approval. Ask for a copy of our fee schedule.

How Do I Access my Accounts Online?
For Personal Accounts. Please have your personal account information ready. Click the Login button at the top right of our web pages. Choose Enroll Now, and follow the prompts to set up your secure online banking service. For Business Online Banking, please stop in any of our branch locations for Business Online Banking set-up.
What if I Forget my Online Banking Password?
Click on the Forgot Password link located within the Login box and follow the instructions.

Can I Make Deposits without Visiting a Bank Branch?
Yes. Download our HanoverMobile banking app, accessible through Apple Store and Google Play. A Hanover Bank Checking Account and Hanover Online Banking are required to utilize HanoverMobile. You will be able to deposit most checks using your cell phone 24/7! Please refer to the Mobile Banking Service Agreement for more information, including any exceptions and mobile funds availability details.
All services may not be available on all accounts. Services are subject to separate Service Agreements.
Is there a Limit to How Much Can I Deposit through Mobile Deposits?
Mobile Deposits are limited to a maximum of $5,000 per item.
Can I Make Deposits at an ATM?
Yes. Using your Hanover Bank Debit Card, you can access Smart Deposit at any of Hanover Bank’s ATMs. No deposit slip is necessary. Cash is immediately available. Your transaction receipt will provide details of your deposit, including check images.
All services may not be available on all accounts. Services are subject to separate Service Agreements.
May I Use other Bank ATMs Without Incurring a Surcharge Fee?
Hanover Bank clients have surcharge-free access to ATM transactions at all 40,000 domestic Allpoint locations.
Fees may apply for non-Allpoint, non-Hanover Bank, and international ATM transactions.

Yes. Hanover Bank offers products and services designed to support small businesses, including Checking, Savings, Merchant Credit Card Services, a Small Business Line of Credit, Term Loans for Equipment and other business needs, and more. No. Kasasa is a financial technology company. You can only get Kasasa accounts at community banks and credit unions.
Do I have to maintain a minimum balance to earn rewards?
Nope! There's no minimum balance to earn Kasasa rewards.
What happens if I don't qualify for cash rewards?
Rewards are determined on a monthly basis. If you don't meet your monthly qualification, then you won't get your rewards for that month. Even if you don't qualify for Kasasa Cash or Kasasa Saver, each account will still receive a base rate of interest.
